I would not recommend renting here based on my experience with privacy and communication. Yesterday, around 2:00 PM, I returned home and found a man coming out of my room. When I asked why he was inside, he said he was checking for a leak. I had not reported any leak inside my room, and I had not received any prior notice that anyone would be entering my room.
