My fiancé and I stayed at theory for just a year but the problems were many. From a maintenance worker letting himself into our apartment while my fiancé was half undressed to the amenities rarely working. We recently just moved out on the 7/31/2025 and made sure the apartment was absolutely spotless as they are known to be reluctant with giving your security deposit back. I love living at Theory! It’s one of the most comfortable and homely places to call home. The location is super convenient and safe - close to campus, close to downtown, plus close to all the local bus stops. The facilities are super comfortable - the building facilities and all in-unit facilities are above and beyond. The residents and management team make the properly special - residents are respectful of the space, and the management is friendly and highly responsive.
