I am in total shock. I had a very unexpected death in my family yesterday and I had to cancel my appointment. I received the reminder text and cancelled through the system. I completely forgot about this appointment while I'm matching arrangements, and grieving when someone called me from the studio. I was then told that I would bee charge half ($96) of the appointment even though I had attempted to cancel.
