Frank, thank you for an excellent customer service. I called Theodore Robin's Ford Service to enquire about OBD testing for my e450 super duty for CARB compliance. Although they cannot service the type of model I have because my vehicle has to go on a dino-Frank did not shy away from getting the answers and help I needed. He went above and beyond even recommended me to another business that would be suited to my vehicle needs. Thank you Frank!
march 4th , i towed my f150 to the servise dep. because it wont start. i thouth i was the key... so left it ther and then i get the call. "we cant fix your truck ..are you goin to tow it to take it"... thats what i got.... ford cant fix my truck.
Communicative but service techs need to be a little more careful with peoples cars.
Really poor customer service. I had to take my car in due to the front camera malfunctioning. Chaotic, unorganized, unprofessional and just not caring is how I'd describe my experience. Nobody would call me to let me know the status of my car and when I'd call, I'd be put on hold for a long time with really no updates. Had to involve the manager to get some status and even then, I received really poor customer service. I will try to avoid going there as much as possible.
