I had an appointment on December 12 at 9:05 am. When I arrived the office doors were locked. I did not get a notification of my appointment being canceled. If I had to cancel an appointment I was required to give a 24 hour notice and I should have been given the same consideration. My time is as valuable as yours. I feel I should be reimbursed for my time and gas to get there. This was very unprofessional. I have been a patient for many years and this was unacceptable. Steve Dilts, Rocky Gap, VA
