I have been going to Dr. Perlman for years. He is absolutely by far the best doctor I've ever been to. I have recommended him to my daughter, my mother and many other friends and family members. His bedside manner is amazing. He explained everything to make it very understandable for me, not knowing the medical terms. And extremely patient.
Great customer service
He's a great doctor. He's been my doctor 10 years, he's my husband's doctor. He's personable, he's caring. He takes care of me. He sees me anytime I need to be seen. Always makes a way to fit me in If I'm in pain with diverticulitis or something of that nature, we love him. He's great.

Office was fine, pushing an APP is strange to me
Initial appointment went well but went back for a test over a month ago & still cannot get someone to call me with results. Supposed to go back for another test but don't think I'll be going.
I would leave negative stars if I could. First Dr. Perlman is the reason my father is on a peg line all because he couldn't be bothered to give my dad or his primary MD test results. Now, during a global pandemic where the elderly at most at risk, he tells my 92 year old father to go to the emergency room when his peg line started leaking. This is something he could easily check and address in his office. Do yourself a favor find another gastroenterologist, this man has no business practicing medicine.
