I have been seeing Dr Pappas since he graduated from medical school and started practice with Dr on rivers ave. I will continue to see him until he retires. He cares about you and always has a second to sit and listen. I consider him a close friend and trust him totally.
They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They care about their patients and it shows.
I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Came for appointment at scheduled time, place was locked, knocked and called and got no answer. Finally left ten minutes later. Was eventually told that a meeting ran late. ??? Worst customer service experience I've ever had at any doctor's office. Can't believe I took off from work for THAT.
My family and I have been patients for years. We have always received great, high quality care - "care" as in "caring". The service is personal, not mechanical as it is in larger facilities, where you are just a number (and sometimes, just a "wallet"). A few years ago, when my mother had a serious illness, Dr. Pappas and his staff went out of their way to provide options and advice for getting her proper treatment.
