Took the time, thorough, plan to go back
Dr Chu is a great doctor and his assistants who are executing the shots are very nice. However, his office manager at this place is terrible and this is the reason I’m leaving a 1 star review. The billing department made a mistake with Cigna, as a result the in network visits were billed as out of the network. It took them more than 3 months to get a resolution. However, the fix wasn’t correct either, apparently they only fixed the bills since Sep and all the visits before Sep were still billed as out of network. I had to ma... read more
Doctor Chu is the best that I have met. He is very kind and very details. I would recommend Doctor Chu to anyone who is suffered from asthma, allergies, stiffy nose, sinus infection.
