Dr. Pettle and the physician assistant have always been great. However, I am very disappointed with how my mother's appointment was handled. My mother's telehealth appointment was canceled and rescheduled for 10:30 a.m. Because of this change, I requested time off from work so I could take her to the 10:30 appointment. When we arrived, we were told that the appointment had actually been moved to 10:15 a.m. and that she would not be seen because we were late. Claudia is incorrectly billing copays and refusing to charge the correct amount even when i had the insurance call the office directly. I even spoke with the claims administrator. And to top it off they refused to do bloodwork unless i paid 200$ with insurance, that i pay 1600$ a month for. I went elsewhere and you should too. Avoid this place unless you want to be overcharged
