And Dr. Pettle is just a amazing Doctor . Dr Pettle has a wonderful way of explaining your condition. I enjoyed going to this Doctors office. Loved it i take my mom here and they are extreamly freandly polite and the explaing you everything to a way you understand wait time is reasonable
I visited this McAllen office the other day. The staff were warm, friendly, and very professional. The waiting time was reasonable and the physician answered all my questions. I am very happy with my experience.
Overall, had a bad experience with this Doctor, medical staff was very unprofessional . They didn't bother to create a follow up appointment or have the PA call me when I was discharged, even after my primary care tried to call the office, she was put on hold to try and talk to one of the PA's, no one was able to take the call.
