He's gone. Office is now gone. The hospital listed as his affiliated hospital is not his hospital. I can't get my medical records that I need. No notes no letters no nothing.
The best doctor I have come across. Yes wait times are long, but you should know what to expect. This is a man that truly honestly cares about his patients and doesn't just push them through so he can make money. I started seeing him about ten years ago. At times I have been frustrated with the office but I absolutely love him, like I said.... he's one of the rare doctors out there that actually care.
Read this carefully. The one Star is for lack of communication/front desk, lack of website, lack of fax number. Then when I finally reach someone via phone number listed, and ask for fax number it never picks up on their end. What a joke! I would personally give Theodore Engelmann 5 stars! I always loved seeing him and he was always so kind to me and my children. I felt we were under great care with him. So the D.O gets 5 stars. OFFICE STAFF/Front desk gets 1 and that’s only because I can’t give a zero.
I've been seeing Dr. Engelmann for 11 years. Yes the wait time in the waiting rooms is long, but that's because this man has never rushed through a visit. Doctor E will sit there and talk to you about all of your concerns and make sure your comfortable and understanding about any of your concerns. I love this Doctor and will not see anyone else.
