Doctor Falk is a fine doctor. However, be wary of billing. Months after my visit and presenting my insurance I was sent a large bill, through a text message. The phone number of the text message is out of service. When I spoke with the office to clarify these charges they spoke over me, would not listen to my question, said I have to contact my insurance company and then hung up on me. Very gentle and kind office great work
Dr. Falk is amazing and is very thorough, but unfortunately there are very incompetent people working in the front desk. They gave me a blood draw test I have to take somewhere, but can't tell me the name of the place I'm supposed to go and can't tell me the suite number in the large office building they're sending me to 30 minutes from my house. First they told me it was a Labcorp, but there is no Labcorp in that building. The receptionists hung up on me twice because they didn't know the answer, & gave me a very snotty att... read more
