Dr. Falk is amazing and is very thorough, but unfortunately there are very incompetent people working in the front desk. They gave me a blood draw test I have to take somewhere, but can't tell me the name of the place I'm supposed to go and can't tell me the suite number in the large office building they're sending me to 30 minutes from my house. First they told me it was a Labcorp, but there is no Labcorp in that building. The receptionists hung up on me twice because they didn't know the answer, & gave me a very snotty att... read more
