I go to west valley obgyn, but I’ve never seen Dr. Theodore Colwell. I’ve gotten multiple bills with him listed as the provider on It though with no description of the services actually provided besides the very basic. I wasn’t planning on leaving a review because I’d hate to bring his rating down, especially when I have no clue if he’s a good provider or not, but I’ve gotten a few text/email requests to leave a review.
