Dr. Frank is first class. He actually listens to his patient and takes their input into account. When moving from New York to North Carolina, finding the right physician to manage my heart failure was a major concern. After a few false starts I found Dr. Frank and have never looked back. He is realistic, knowledgeable and responsive. Couldn't be happier with my care.
Dr. Frank was superb, very patient-oriented. It was my first time meeting him. He made me feel very comfortable and confident that he was interested in my well-being.
