I visited this salon for a pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was fine, but unfortunately I was not satisfied with the manicure. During the service my cuticle was cut and started bleeding, which was quite uncomfortable. The staff were polite, but I think more care should be taken during the manicure service. I hope they improve this in the future.

Booked online and chose the closest option I could find which was acrylic fill + Gel X for $75 — thinking they’d adjust it and let me know the correct price for a refill when I got there. I ended up paying $115 for a basic refill with simple polka dots. When I asked why it was so expensive, they said it was $35 extra for the “art”… it was literally just polka dots. I got my nails done on Feb 14. Paid close to $110 for Gel X. When talking to the staff they recommended this option to me as a long lasting one (around 4 weeks) and I was quite pleased with the work. However in less than 2 weeks they literally started falling off. The first nail fell off on Monday Feb 23rd and as of today they’re all almost out. Not sure what happened here but really not pleased with this. Probably not going to go back. Hurt my heart to pay that much for mediocre work.
