I have been to Theo-Stella many many times in the last year and a half. Today I went to get a pedicure, and unfortunately left knowing that I wouldn’t be back. My tech was working very quickly and using lots of pressure when e-filing my nails and the previous gel away. I asked her to be more gentle with little to no change. After she was done filing my nails I saw that she had actually filed too deeply on parts of my nails, leaving something not unlike a ring of fire. Today was my first visit to this place, and I had a great experience. I got my eyelashes and nails done, and they look amazing. Initially, I chose the classic style for my lashes, but it wasn’t quite what I expected; I wanted a bit more volume. When I returned to ask for additional enhancements, they were happy to help me and added more, which turned out beautifully. Thank you for the excellent service!
This review is very late because I've been quite busy. I was booked in for a brow wax and tint on July 4th. Everything went well, Hannah got me in early. Everything looked super clean and Hannah was very professional. Seemed like the waxing procedure went well. Hannah checked up on me to ask if the wax temperature was good and it was. She showed me how my brows looked after and she shaped them really well. This is hands down my favourite set I’ve ever had done. If you’re looking for an artist to do intricate nail art you NEED to book with Kris. This was my first appointment with him, and all I did was show him a reference photo of the what set I wanted and he executed it perfectly. Not one detail was missed. Not only is he very skilled with the different types of nail art, he’s very gentle when prepping the nail bed and cuticles. No pain or bleeding. I’ve found who I’m loyal to, and I hope you book with him next!😌💅🏻
