Very disappointing experience with THEO. I received an email from the admin team saying they had reason to believe I may have picked up the wrong food order from the delivery table. However, I bought my own dinner on Uber Eats with my own money, and the order was under my own name. I also have the Uber Eats order and photos as proof. I was eating at the time and did not see my phone, so I missed their calls. Samar was amazing. Attentive and extremely helpful with our tour and viewing. The building itself is very nice and spacious, lovely accommodations
Had a great overall experience with Theo. As a student from Montreal I wasn’t able to come in person much and get into all the nitty gritty details but the staff was awesome and always ready to help. Especially Shayan, he was always ready to answer any questions at any time and really made this an easy transition and accommodated to my friends and I very well. If anybody is looking to get into Theo I would 100% recommend talking to Shayan he will definitely help you out and get you situated.
