What's the point of an appointment when you have to wait a massive and random amount of time to be seen when it doesn't seem busy at all. Edit: To respond to the response. 1. My appointment was at 10:00 am. I asked whether I was going to be seen anytime soon at 10:30 and was brushed off. At 10:45 I asked to reschedule the appointment and was then seen within minutes. 2.
