I wish I could give this management 0 star!!! They listed an apartment on craigslist leaving their phone number 718 428 1097. Maybe there s no live souls at this office because after kept calling more than 100+ times, there was simply no answer. I left a voice mail with full detail but guess what, no one bothered to call me back letting me know if the apartment is taken or still vacant. They are so unresponsive whatsoever!. Terrible service! I am a real estate agent and this company is unprofessional, unresponsive, and all around horrible. I got attitude on the phone from their representative simply for trying to find out if our application was approved after 10 days of no response. They seem to be living in the 1960 s and are a joke.
AVOID THIS BUSINESS. They will hook you for an apt listing, take the fee, and disconnect all communication with you. They go back on their word, and do not maintain adequate communication with their clients that have trusted their personal and confidential information with them.
