Theo is the man! He is so helpful, responsive and reliable! Top notch relator. He helped me into a great rental and even did a walk through with me to make sure that captured the rental pre-move in. Prior to the rental, he met with me and talked about the pros and cons of buying/renting and guided me into my decision. He makes you feel like family and constantly reaching out to check in. When it’s time to buy - he’ll be my first call.
