Dr. Then is skillful, kind, and sensitive and could be a great doctor in another setting, but honestly, my overall experience in this two-doctor office was horrible. I did not feel valued or respected. I was treated rudely and given incomplete and bad information. While I was in the chair undergoing a graft, difficult and challenging surgery, 3 or 4 times someone came into the room and interrupted the surgery.
