Almost two months ago, our 2016 Subaru Forester broke down suddenly and we towed it to the closest dealership which was Thelen. Our service rep (Christian), failed to put us in your system for two weeks and we called to check thing. He had no clue. Finally had the car looked ant they said the turbo blew and splintered.
