Almost two months ago, our 2016 Subaru Forester broke down suddenly and we towed it to the closest dealership which was Thelen. Our service rep (Christian), failed to put us in your system for two weeks and we called to check thing. He had no clue. Finally had the car looked ant they said the turbo blew and splintered. Big job estimated ant $3,700. Was told they ordered parts but some were back ordered. They searched for the parts after complaining to the owner. Greg and the staff at Thelen made buying my first brand new car (a ‘19 Forester Premium) a breeze and pressure free. I’m one to take my time and research and basically take a long time to make huge decisions, but Greg was super supportive in answering questions and providing the time I needed to buy my Forester.
