Ms Carolyn, I am sincerely sorry that you had difficulty in reaching me. In future remember to always leave a message if my receptionist or medical assistants do not amswer directky when you call. This way we can promptly return your call and get you in to see me for a same day appointment. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience that you experienced.
