After research into SUV's and visiting several dealerships I decided I liked the KAI. When I stopped in Thelen KIA I met Brett Bartum who helped me decide the KIA Sportage was the size I wanted. He also helped me find one with the equipment and color that I liked. He was very friendly and helpful. I have been back numerous times with questions about the different electronic functions (my previous vehicle was a 2013 without all the electronics) and he is always friendly, patient and helpful. I love my new KIA.

Everyone from the beginning of this experience was amazing. I didn’t want to go to a dealership but I didn’t have other options. The staff were so friendly and helpful it made the experience so much better than expected.

I came in for a noise with the starter on my Sportage, an oil change, and tire rotation. The shop had my car for about two hours. They gave me a ride to a local coffee shop, where I stayed until the work was done. Then they brought me back. The starter noise was gone. The staff were friendly and answered my questions to my satisfaction. Thank you!
