Great service! They even cleaned the interior of my car.
It was easy to make the appointment. The service I received was excellent. The only Downpart was On an estimate, it look like 166 and some change to have a part replaced then to learn it was a 766 not a 166. It’s very disappointing the 1&7 Should have been made different.
My Kia has four recalls I made an appointment they said they could take care of them all at the same time and then I got there an hour drive to Bay City from where I live and they told me oh we can only take care of the first three the fourth one you're going to have to leave your vehicle overnight and I said can I get a loaner car and they said no we don't have any to provide nor will they give me a ride back home if I take my car there she says I can't afford to have somebody gone for 2 hours so I don't know how I'm going ... read more
My 2022 Kia has 3 open recalls- including possible engine replacement cuz of fire risk. Called Kia corporate they said to contact nearest dealership (which is an hour away). Spoke to service dept here- was told they’d need my car for 48 hours. I asked about a loaner car- was told they have none. Asked when they’d have one because I can’t be without a car for at least 2 days and live an hour away. She basically told me that it’s not their problem- they didn’t recall the car.
