Bought a new carnival, great experience

Worst place ever. Would not honor a recalled motor,first reason was I not a loyal customer. Then when Kia corporation called they made the statement that the motor blew up non reason for the recal. Witch was a lie,because I've got emails from the shop stating it was do to the recan several of then But the very first lie was a email stating they wouldn't honor a motor cause the motor was seized and the couldn't do the require noise test.
