I have always had good service in person here. I purchased a new Pilot here last year and everything went very well. What I do not understand about Thelen is their REFUSAL to answer the service department phone. I have called 4 times this week. Left a message at 9am Monday, no calls back. Called three times since and no one answers the phone. For the first two free oil changes on the Pilot it was pure message phone tag to get booked.
