We've gone here a couple times when shopping for our last vehicle upgrade. We had a good experience both times, test driving both a CR-V and an Odyssey. Ultimately we settled on a vehicle from a different manufacturer, but I appreciate the helpfulness in determining what makes sense for us. My last vehicle was an old Honda, and I've been getting service here for a couple years as well. They do good work at the service center. I have always had good service in person here. I purchased a new Pilot here last year and everything went very well. What I do not understand about Thelen is their REFUSAL to answer the service department phone. I have called 4 times this week. Left a message at 9am Monday, no calls back. Called three times since and no one answers the phone. For the first two free oil changes on the Pilot it was pure message phone tag to get booked.
