In 2008, I purchased a Honda Civic. My first brand new car. I took it to Thelen Honda for every oil change and any work needed. I got to know Chris McPhee in the service department and knew I could trust him. In 2020, I decided to purchase a new car. I was torn between a Toyota Rav 4 and a Honda CRV but decided to go with the CRV because of Chris in the service department. Sadly, Chris left, and the service department has gone downhill. The service is terrible. I would not recommend this dealership. I bought my CRV from them brand new. First of all, I had the car 2 weeks and the front passenger side fender was popped out apparently from an accident that the dealership had with the car and pushed it back in by hand so that we would not see it when we picked the car up. I have brought the car up 5 times to get it fixed and on the 5th time they said that they would.
