I lost my ac on the hottest day of the year. They came out the next day and explained my options thoroughly. I choose a new unit because it made the most sense cost wise. They actually squeezed us in that day because of the hot temps. The guy that did the diagnostics actually helped the installer to get the job done. Very satisfied with the service I received and also are very pleasant people. Would definitely recommend their service to anyone looking.
We woke up yesterday morning to our AC/Furnace unit in the basement shaking violently. Key to comfort came out and discovered a bat had gotten into our blower fan lol. They were very prompt, polite and professional. Highly suggest.
I had excellent experience with The Key To Comfort. My furnace had quit, with immediate response Cindy, Dave and their technician’s removed the existing and replaced with new within a matter of hours on a -10 temp day. Thanks
My furnace needed to be repaired every couple years. It seemed to break down in the evenings. Dave would be there asap and get it up and running. I was known as his late night customer. Finally, after another evening fix, I decided to get a new hvac system and it was an easy decision to stay with their company. Dave and his team were amazing to do business with. Had a weekend emergency and with no hesitations came out and looked at the issue. Was very quick to resolve the issue and even gave me options for upgrading my system which I was able to take advantage of. Explained everything they were doing and gave a thorough walk thru upon completion to make sure I understood what took place!
