STEPS has been crucial to me and my family for the care of my mother. I have to trust an agency 100% as I'm not there to supervise the aides, don't use cameras, and can't depend on my mom's assessment of the situation, as her mind is not clear. STEPS management is responsive, attentive, and understanding and really cares about our family's well being. This agency has allowed my aging parents to remain in their home.

STEPS Home Care, based in Westchester and now in Connecticut, is family owned by sisters Jennifer Baukol and Lisa Wade and they care deeply about their clients. Jennifer personally visits her clients, hand-picks their companions/aides to make sure it is a healthy and happy fit. My parents live in California, but if they were local, I would not want anyone but Jennifer and STEPS to provide their care.
