Several of our residents' families have used HCA to supplement the care of their loved one. We have found HCA caregivers to be especially good in working with those with dementia. They understand their unique needs and are very professional to work with.
We have had a great experience with HCA so far. They are working hard to find caregivers that match our mom's needs and personality. We are comfortable that she is receiving high quality care, keeping her safe and on the road to recovery, with caregivers who are engaged and fostering her interests and independence. Management has also been responsive to all our questions.
