My first point of contact with The Key was with Nicole O'Crowley and she remained my primary contact. What a "Go Getter"! Nicole is amazing, always making sure my mom was getting the care and attention she needed and even making trips out to see her for special occasions and just to stay in touch. TheKey was able to hear what we needed (24/7 care) and match great care providers to our needs with extremely short notice, which really gave us peace of mind for a post hospitalization. Very flexible and accommodating. Highly recommended!
I have been very impressed by The Key! First and foremost because of the representation the Home Care Liaison has shown us. Patrina Smart Home Care Liaison took it upon herself to get to know our staff and our residents. My dad has been using caregivers from The Key for nearly two years now, and I have been the point person for arranging for his care. He lives at home with my mom and she is his primary caregiver with part-time help from The Key. It has been a very beneficial to us to know that he is getting some assistance from caregivers which gives my mom a much-needed break 3 times per week.
