Changing up things to save money has made the client to Company communications difficult. I do like the 24 hour coverage they have always provided. Hopefully these new changes do not weaken that link in the service

The grand haven office was very nice and efficient on getting my grandmother started with care. They responded quick and got services started asap! the staff so far have been super kind and understanding! I will hope to continue with their services until no longer needed! Great team and great company!
