Jinniefer Castillo led our care team for my father after a two week hospital stay and did a great job. All the caregivers were professional and well equipped to manage the following two weeks of 24/7 care that evolved to overnight care before we no longer needed the support. Compared to past experiences with in-home care for my mother-in-law, The Key team was exceptional.

I am a returning comfort care giver and i have done the skils assignment twice, but i am still getting mail that i need to complete, The keys are still working on that, but it can be a but frustrating getting reminders that you need to complete these skills .

Recently , I found that I needed some extra health care from someone specific. I do not have a built in family to help me and I turned to The Key for help, they quickly turned into “family” Jenny was fantastic at putting a plan together for me and assuring me they would be able to meet my needs. She quickly facilitated it all and my surgery didn’t seem as daunting. I had the best experience at The Key , I would recommend them to anyone needing that extra care when family isn’t around.

My family are recent customers having just switched from a different in-home care provider. Simply put, we could not be happier with the change. Our case manager, Jinniefer Castillo is caring, thoughtful, attentive and highly effective. She is clearly focused on the quality of our experience.
