Recently , I found that I needed some extra health care from someone specific. I do not have a built in family to help me and I turned to The Key for help, they quickly turned into “family” Jenny was fantastic at putting a plan together for me and assuring me they would be able to meet my needs. She quickly facilitated it all and my surgery didn’t seem as daunting. I had the best experience at The Key , I would recommend them to anyone needing that extra care when family isn’t around.
My family are recent customers having just switched from a different in-home care provider. Simply put, we could not be happier with the change. Our case manager, Jinniefer Castillo is caring, thoughtful, attentive and highly effective. She is clearly focused on the quality of our experience. All requests for information or additional services are promptly addressed and Jenny is pro active in anticipating and solving any issues.
