I would strongly caution families before trusting this agency with the care of their loved ones. We have repeatedly been sent caregivers who are completely unprofessional and incompetent. On multiple occasions, caregivers have fallen asleep during their shift, openly snoring without shame, and then excusing their behavior by complaining about their pay.
