Ms Liz is a very nice person that keeps in consistent contact with her caregivers while there are others who deal with the scheduling I prefer to work with or between her as I don’t have the same consistency that I have with her with other schedulers which is sad but if not for her I wouldn’t have hrs to work, I understand we as caregivers need to be expected to respond as soon as possible as it’s important to keep an open communication with the rest of the team I just believe we should all follow this process too.
Home Care Assistance helped us out tremendously! The entire staff was so nice and helpful. My mom's caregiver was so amazing with her. She really helped us by giving her the care she needed and giving us a break from caring for her. They made a very challenging time a lot easier. I highly recommend them.

I have worked at a few different agencies. In the time that I have been with Home Care Assistance, I have found the staff to be very accessible, helpful, and caring. When I had a client nearing the end of life, I never had an issue with being able to speak with someone right away, my calls were always answered.
