I had a filling come out and they were able to fit me into their schedule in 7 days which is impressive. Very kind. Great communication. Procedure was painless. The fillng was under the gum line, not the easiest to repair and it looks better than my other fillings. From reminder texts to confirmation texts the whole process was seamless. If I'm being 100% honest I think the x-ray and overall dental technology in bigger city areas is better than small town USA but they still do a fantastic job!
Love Dr Theisen and the staff at Theisen Dental. Been a patient for years.
Id give them 0 stars if I could. I should report them for discrimination, they're allegedly never taking new patients and they don't offer a wait list. They won't tell you when a spot opens up, and they're always full. They seem really exclusive and possibly racist.
I absolutely love Theisen Dental. Been going to dentist for over 55 years and I look forward to going to Theisen for my cleanings. Knowledgeable and amazing staff and Dr. Theisen is the best dentist I have ever had.
