Staff is very friendly, kind and professional!
Booked my appointment in October for Jan, pretty normal. Called to confirm my appointment two weeks prior to my appointment and when I showed up was told they canceled my appointment because they couldn't get a hold of me. Thats very disappointing and a poor business practice. Now I can also add that they claimed that the number i provided was incorrect but had zero problems calling and harassing me about this negative google review. Lady was rude on the phone when I was just asking a question about if they took my insurance, and hung up on me right away. If this how they treat people just trying to look for help I wouldn’t go here they clearly don’t have empathy for anybody.
