Got an honest 2018 Ford Police Interceptor from Theilen Auto. I drove from Iowa (where the dealer is) to WA right off the lot without any major surprises. Friendly folks, easy transaction, no drama. As far as buying a used car off a small lot, it worked out as good as possible. I imagine whoever sources cars for their inventory can sniff out decent vehicles.
Sold me a car missing important parts (under engine shield and flywheel cover) with a supposedly "brand new" clutch that has a massive oil leak that my regular mechanic is telling me will cost upwards of $1500 to fix because transmission needs to be removed to replace the leaking seal. They blamed AAMCO for the missing parts and leak, AAMCO won't assume responsibility either so it's all on me to fix these massive, expensive problems two months after I purchased the car. 5 stars for this place! Tim was SO easy to work with. We felt like we were talking to a friend while filling out the paperwork and he made car buying a breeze.
