This dealer is honest helpful and not pushy.Bought very nice 2013 explorer.My mechanic checked it over very carefully no problems any where.We bought an extended warrenty then a day later canceled it no problems with that either. We drove almost 2 hours for this van. When we got there, before we even got out of our vehicle we could see some damage on the rear bumper and that there were 2 different brands of tires on it. When we got out we could smell stale cigarette smoke, from about 15 feet away!! There was major scuffs on the dash board and a couple places with major scratches on the outside!! Everything was great. They got back to me the same day. I really liked that they didn't surround me the second I pulled into their parking lot. When I did go inside to ask questions, they were nice and they didn't pressure me. I told them I had called about a car and then they let me test drive it by myself which I loved. Every place else had a salesman with me and acted like they wouldn't let me leave until I bought something. I will definitely keep checking with them.
Drove 35 miles to test drive the "grandmas" car. We noticed wear on things that aren't conducive of an old woman owning it. We also took it on a test drive, and the temp guage maxed out in less than a mile. Something was definitely wrong with it. They certainly MUST have known, don't know why they didn't say anything BEFORE we came. Bought a car here 20 years ago, and it was great, not sure what is going on now.
