Two stars only because my first therapist here, Rip, was excellent. The practice itself, however, has severe operational and ethical issues, particularly regarding billing and administrative double standards. The billing practices here lack transparency. The receipts provided are completely un-itemized, showing lump sums rather than breaking down specific sessions or individual fees, which makes verifying charges impossible. My therapist has been with me through many walks of life. Becoming a mother, losing a parental figure, trauma processing and healing.. highly recommend the healing project. Very grateful for this experience.
I submitted a web form for a specific therapist and a general inquiry and never heard back. Don't recommend!!
