I went to the salon to get a shampoo and will never be coming back. My head was scrubbed so hard it hurt and when they were brushing my hair my neck kept snapping back from the force. I’m not sure who taught my stylist to scrub the hair itself to wash it but it is damaging. All one needs to do is get to the scalp and message gently.
