We bought into the Grove in February 2020, being impressed with an attractive site, getting enthusiastic comments from residents we talked to, along with being a gated and age similar community. We were going to just be snowbirds …. but less than 2 years later we moved in full time!! Loved our home, the location and the Grove community! And it truly is just that… a community! Our experience with The Grove in Foley has been great. We chose a furnished home, and literally moved in without having to buy anything. Jessica was a fantastic person with whom to work. People in the community have been so friendly and we continue to make new friends. We love the close proximity to such great shopping and restaurants. However, the gated community helps to ensure the safety of the residents. We definitely feel as if we made the right decision in choosing The Grove as our home.
Everything about this community is awesome, most of all the people, the staff, the facility, cleanliness. Everybody, you see is super friendly, helpful, and willing to step out of their way to help. You absolutely cannot say anything bad.
We found the exact home we wanted from several great choices and moved in a year ago. Our experience here has far exceeded our expectations. With the clubhouse, pool, library, game room, exercise room and many, many events and activities, The Grove is all about enjoying life and living well. It is a beautiful well maintained community with caring, friendly residents. Much of this I attribute to the manager, Patrick Etheridge, who is always ready and willing to address any of our concerns.
