I ordered flowers on Thursday for Friday by texting through Whats App. They informed me soon after that their delivery of flowers did not come through and they could only deliver on Monday. They fully reimbursed my payment, but it was frustrating not being able to talk to someone in person as they only communicate by texting on Whats App and there is no actual store.
