I went to see Dr. Thaya for worsening asthma and long covid symptoms. I was having breathing trouble while in the office and my inhaler wasn’t working. They had the nurse check me out and said my pulse ox was fine and just basically told me to calm down. JUST BECAUSE YOUR PULSE OX IS NORMAL DOES NOT MEAN YOUR BREATHING IS FINE. Worse dr ever! My husband was on Tryrelly copd spray gave him a rash he called said he couldn’t get an appointment till September said she would call in another rx did not and told him to go to urgent care for the rash he did not want to go and he is breathing badly again called for 2 weeks to get quicker appointment no one returns calls. Do not go to this doctor have found another pulmonary dr in Covington hope they can see one soon also calling his general practitioner dr for the rash

This doc is excellent.Explains things shows you the problem and talks down to earth.I highly recommend her.
Dr Thaya is very caring, thorough, and committed to the care of her patients. I feel blessed to have her as my pulmonologist. She pays attention to all aspects of my health and is very knowledgable about medicine interactions!!!
