Theel gets one star I had Theel do a gas line at my house a bit of a learning experience for me, they did one half of the job tested it and I was told it was fine by their worker Cody a few weeks later when they cleared their calendar of jobs I contacted them about finishing the job, and I was told Mr Theel would not do the work or put his name on the job. Absolutely 5 stars, everytime we call them out to the house its an amazing experience. They do honest work for an affordable price. They are always the first choice to fix our plumbing and AC problems!

If I could give zero stars, I would! I absolutely do NOT recommend Theel Plumbing Heating and Cooling for HVAC! Our AC unit was brand new in November of 2022. We have had nothing, but issues with it since then. We had over $3000 worth of ‘repair’ charges for work that didn't actually fix the issues! That’s a third of the cost of the entire unit! We have been on the phone with everyone up to the owner, who might I add is the one who came out for the initial consultation, stood in our dining room and guaranteed my husband and ... read more

When we were searching for a new HVAC system the owner came to do a consultation. During which my wife and I told him we keep our house at 65 degrees all year long. I asked him if the unit he sold us didn’t perform the way we needed to, would we have to eat the cost replacing it with a bigger unit? He insisted that the unit he was going to sell us would do the same thing. It has not! My wife and I called and messaged him many times summer and he has not offered to replace it.
