Absolutely 5 stars, everytime we call them out to the house its an amazing experience. They do honest work for an affordable price. They are always the first choice to fix our plumbing and AC problems!

If I could give zero stars, I would! I absolutely do NOT recommend Theel Plumbing Heating and Cooling for HVAC! Our AC unit was brand new in November of 2022. We have had nothing, but issues with it since then. We had over $3000 worth of ‘repair’ charges for work that didn't actually fix the issues! That’s a third of the cost of the entire unit! When we were searching for a new HVAC system the owner came to do a consultation. During which my wife and I told him we keep our house at 65 degrees all year long. I asked him if the unit he sold us didn’t perform the way we needed to, would we have to eat the cost replacing it with a bigger unit? He insisted that the unit he was going to sell us would do the same thing. It has not! My wife and I called and messaged him many times summer and he has not offered to replace it. Called Theel on a Monday to set a couple new Toilets in our home. Was scheduled for Wednesday of same week. Corey there plumber did a very good job! He had both toilets set and done within an hour.one of the old toilets had been attached to the floor in a “rigged” manner from previous home owners. I’m not sure how Corey was able to set the new one so quick with the fixing he had to do, to make the new one attach the right way. But he did!!
