Did not have good customer service with Brenda. She does not practice proper customer service, she received money for a service she did not complete and when requested a refund she did not return it. Refused to return money for unrendered services.
Thank you Brenda for providing the lovely salon experience I missed!! I cleared my evening thinking I would be in the chair for a few hours, but I didn’t know her skills because it took 1hr 3 mins!
