I love going to Dr Jessica. She's thoughtful and gives very individualized care. She helps me with routine body work care as well as acute injuries and flares. I always feel comfortable here!
I first visited Thee Empire Chiropractic in October, 2024, right when it started operating as a business. I was looking for a new chiropractor because my previous doctor had closed her practice. I was very anxious about finding a new chiropractor because I have had mixed experiences with other practitioners. Dr. Settle was incredible! I truly appreciated how thorough and thoughtful her approach was. She began by asking what was bothering me and exploring possible causes—for instance, I mentioned frequent jaw soreness, and we discussed how I likely clench at night (and yes, she helped relieve my jaw pain! along with my neck and back). I’ve seen Dr Settle multiple times and have left feeling immediately better after everything appt. She’s very thorough and great at explaining what it is she’s doing and why. Definitely recommend scheduling an appt with her!
