Chris is absolutely amazing! I've been taking my sons to him, for a couple of years, and watching their growth has made me so proud. Not just the physical, but the attention to detail on the mental aspect of things, is the best that I've seen. There are tons of trainers in this area but Chris has my vote as the best in the biz. I would 100% recommend him to any athlete, at any level!
