Coach Chris Garrett is the best of the best fitness coaches in Northern Virginia. He tailors every client’s program to their specific goals, whether it be overall athleticism, speed, power, neuromuscular control, functional fitness, or anything more. He is very sociable and communicates with his clients on a professional and personal level, building a strong connection with each and every client. Not only has he helped me with my physical skills, but my mental skills as well. I wish I had started going to him earlier.

I play division 1 soccer and Chris has helped me improve my abilities on the field and my overall physicality and strength. He is a very funny and nice guy but he knows how to push you to your full potential!

Chris Garrett will change your kid's game. He works to develop your kid both physically and mentally. He has helped my kids work through challenges both on and off the field. He has been a role model and mentor to my kids and we are lucky we found him. Regardless of what level your kid is at or aspires to be at, he will challenge them and make them the best athlete they can be.

Chris Garrett has been a game changer in my son’s athletic, as well as personal life. He provides the perfect balance between motivating and challenging him and has transformed his ability. My son is a high school quarterback who has aspirations to go as far as he possibly can in the game. Chris comes prepared to train him with quarterbacking drills that have exponentially improved his ability to move in the pocket, avoid pressure, and run the ball.
