I had a very disappointing experience. I waited in the waiting room for approximately an hour before being seen. When I finally saw the doctor, the visit lasted no more than five minutes. and then i waited for like another 10 minutes for them to come back into the room. Despite this, I received a bill for $2,000, and they claimed the service time was over 45 minutes in order to justify the charge. Went there for knee pain waiting a half hour to be seen. Dr Casper has horrible bedside matter. When she was looking at my knee I’m telling her I’m in pain and she kept on pushing on the sites, wouldn’t even do an xray! Horrible service!
My moms blood pressure was 204/86 and they never came back to recheck. Also was 2 hrs and 15 minutes from start to finish for a rash. Don't bother booking online either, does not matter. Very disappointed!
