I’ve had the unfortunate privilege of advocating for loved ones in many hospital settings across several states in both more rural and urban settings, and the 7th floor staff at this facility made advocating for our loved one’s care largely unnecessary. They have been extremely responsive, attentive, and kind throughout the entire week+ we have spent here. I have been thoroughly impressed with the level of care provided through this team.

Terrible care, father was here and they wanted to run MRI but they couldn't find information on the spinal cord stimulator implanted in his back. Medical system was clueless and put near zero effort in research to help. They wanted to keep him there forever until someone found out. It has been weeks and we still haven't gotten a call. They didn't give him medication on time, we had to call and ask for it, never fed him and we had to call for meals which were delivered hours later and not correct.
