Zero stars. And watch out - they’ll bill you for a second office visit during your preventative wellness visit, no matter what actually happens during your visit. Thedacare (Dr Terry, specifically) will fraudulently bill your insurance for a second visit and say he addressed medical concerns that “you” brought up even though you didn’t bring up any concerns and he didn’t address anything outside of preventative care. Thedacare is providing unethical and fraudulent “healthcare”.
I never write reviews on Doctors because I’ve gotten the same run around everytime. “You have anxiety and lose weight”. No Doctor would ever diagnose or look into what I was going through. Desperate, I switched to Dr Sirna. When I went in I immediately let her know of my mental health issues and not once did she make me feel crazy or like I was over reaching. They are the best Dr Terry is amazing
Going through health issues can be a very scary experience. My primary provider, Jessica Rice, has made sure to get me the help I need and has been vital to my health journey. I am very grateful for everyone in this office. They know my history, treat me with compassion and respect my wishes. From the front desk, to the nurses to the blood draw staff, it just couldn't be better. Highly recommend Jessica and this location!
