Going through health issues can be a very scary experience. My primary provider, Jessica Rice, has made sure to get me the help I need and has been vital to my health journey. I am very grateful for everyone in this office. They know my history, treat me with compassion and respect my wishes. From the front desk, to the nurses to the blood draw staff, it just couldn't be better. Highly recommend Jessica and this location!
So first, let me say, I adored my primary care provider Nichole. What a sweetheart. What happened was, she left. All of a sudden my yearly exam for next year got canceled. No reason given, just unavailable, told automatically I had to schedule a new one. Tried that, couldn't schedule with her. Called to find out why, informed she left. No further information given. I have gone to this location for over 23 years. Dr. Kaiser is the best PCP I have ever had. I have now moved back home to Idaho. I pray my new PCP will be as qualified and caring as Dr. Kaiser. Plus the staff at Thedacare Oshkosh are the best. Very professional and kind. I will really miss all of you!!
I am quite disappointed in their billing process. Two times now I have been in and scheduled for my annual wellness visit. Both times I have had an extra visit tacked onto my insurance for very innocuous reasons. The first was just because i mentioned I had been sleeping poorly lately, but was going to try a new bed. The second time was because my weight was recorded. This is pretty ridiculous and those charges are not cheap.
