I have been coming to TCP Neenah since they opened the new building. Everyone is respectful, informative and seems to enjoy their jobs. I would, however like the decision makers look into the process of first to arrive for lab. The appointment confirmation states "arrive 15 minutes" (although I have also seen arrive 10 minutes) before appointment, however the doors are not unlocked until 5 minutes before first lab.... making customers stand out in the Wisconsin weather waiting to be let in. Not the best in customer service.
Dr Kelly Matthias is literally the worse person I encountered in the healthcare system. No help what’s so ever. I don’t know if it’s protocol to deny people with help. Wow. Idk how these people get jobs let alone a degree
Coming here for years for primary care. Things have changed. I don't know if it's disorganization or stress or poor staffing. Changes in medication are not noted. Medication changes not called in. It's been 4 weeks and they still have not corrected my prescription and it is causing issues with insurance. Basically I can't get the medication because they can't seem to follow through with anything. No return calls, nothing. (No, not a narcotic. Simply an arthritis medication.)
