Always a 5 star for my doctor but, the new facility and new format gets a 1 star. It was once a nice personal one on one experience in a small building with my doctor.
Went to the Shawano medical center today with severe pain, nausea and vomiting(kidney stone) lady at reception told me it’d be at least 3 hours and said I should go somewhere else. Did just that, Thank you St Mary’s Hospital in Green Bay for the fast and PROFESSIONAL service! Wont go to Shawano ever again unless I don’t have a choice.
I love working with some fantastic RNs / LPNs/MDs and ancillary staff at ThedaCare-Shawano. I truly believe we give the best care possible at a rural hospital. �
