I scheduled an appointment for a ThedaCare at Work lab with a call center representative about 3 days before the scheduled appt. I show up, checked in at the front desk, and waited 45min in the lab waiting room before I got brought back. Well then I was escorted back out to the waiting room because the normal lab doesn’t do ThedaCare at work labs (all I needed was a urine sample and TB test).
